Hensley, a predominately First-Year students co-ed living option on the Mount Vernon campus, has a maximum occupancy of 39 students in a combination of single rooms with a community bathroom, double rooms with a community bathroom, double suites with shared bathrooms. This intimate community is one of GW's best opportunities to say you know everyone who lives in your house. Although studying in your room is always an option, Hensley residents are a few steps away from Eckles Library and its study rooms and three computer labs. In each Hensley room students are provided with desks, desk chairs, dressers and beds. Hensley features laundry facilities in the basement of the building. The television lounge also contains a billiards table. A community kitchen allows students to cook in their residence hall, or they can grab a bite across campus at Ames Dining Hall.
