Somers Hall, a First-Year student coed living option on Mount Vernon campus, has a maximum occupancy of 246 men and women in single rooms, double suites with shared bathrooms and double rooms.

Somers overlooks the NCAA softball field and is steps away from the outdoor deck of the Mount Vernon Pub and Grill, an ideal place to soak up the sun or catch a game.

A limited number of single rooms offer private bathrooms while double rooms share a bathroom with another double room. Somers features a study room on each floor, a community kitchen and laundry facilities. The lower level has a television, DVD player, and a foosball table, making it a great place to relax and catch up with friends.

Somers residents enjoy the convenience of an in-house fitness facility located on the lower level. Somers ideal location in the center of campus makes it easy to check out the annual Oktoberfest celebration or a watch a movie screening on the Quad.
