Mabel Thurston

Mabel Thurston, located at 1900 F Street, has a maximum occupancy of 1,116 First-Year students in a limited number of double and triple rooms, and suite rooms of four to six students each. Please note that double and triple rooms are generally assigned to Early Decision students. Five and six person rooms are physically divided into separate spaces.

Mabel Thurston, the largest First-Year residential house on the Foggy Bottom Campus, has one of GW students' favorite amenities: housekeeping. In addition to this service, Thurston offers students a lot of living under one roof. Students living here enjoy a fitness center, television and piano lounges, and academic study spaces.
