The Education and Public Service House at Thurston offers students the opportunity to engage in discussions and activities centered on three pillars: service learning, civic participation and activism and educational policy and planning. Activities that correspond with this houses theme include community service, the development of educational policy, education legislation reform, tackling the achievement gap and volunteering in after school mentoring programs.
