Hall On Virginia Avenue (HOVA) Graduate Housing

GW Housing Programs is pleased to offer the Hall on Virginia Avenue (HOVA) as an option for graduate students.  Located at 2601 Virginia Avenue NW, in DC's Foggy Bottom community, HOVA provides safe, affordable residence-hall living convenient to GW’s graduate schools and professional programs.

Columbia Plaza Housing Program

The Columbia Plaza Housing Program is an off-campus apartment complex that continues to be an attractive option for incoming graduate students. GW students seeking off-campus housing through this program do not have to demonstrate the minimum income requirements necessary of those non-GW students applying to live in the building.

The Aston

GW Housing Programs is pleased to offer the Aston as an option for 1L First Year Law  students. Located at 1129 New Hampshire Avenue, conveniently located in the prestigious West End neighborhood of Washington, the Aston provides safe, affordable residence-hall living convenient to GW Law School.
