Columbia Plaza, 23rd Street and Virginia Avenue, allows GW students to enjoy the very best in sophisticated, high-rise apartment accommodations in historic Foggy Bottom. Columbia Plaza offers residents picturesque views of the Watergate, the Hall on Virginia Avenue residence hall, the Washington Monument, the Potomac River, the Lincoln Memorial, the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and the State Department.
With 24-hour front desk service, Columbia Plaza offers GW graduate students spacious apartments with kitchens that are made available on a first-come, first-served basis. Apartments range in size from efficiencies to 1- and 2-bedroom residences. Columbia Plaza also offers its residents commercial amenities including a dry cleaner & tailor, a convenience store, restaurants, a bank, a beauty salon, and more.
Columbia Plaza is not offered through the Housing Selection process.
To secure an apartment through the Columbia Plaza Housing Program, interested applicants are asked to complete the contact information form available on our website March 31, 2008.
Participation in the Columbia Plaza Housing Program satisfies Columbia Plaza's annual income requirement.
