Prospective HOVA Residents

At this time, HOVA is full. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Due to the nature of the Graduate Housing License Agreement, whereby current students have the opportunity to re-new for the upcoming academic year agreement (August 2009-May 2010) GW Housing Programs does not anticipate high availability for the 2009-2010 Academic Year. GW Housing Programs will continue to communicate with students who have already expressed an interest until the housing inventory has been exhausted.

Graduate students are encouraged to consider the Columbia Plaza Housing Program, or visit Off Campus Partners [http://www.offcampuspartners.com] to learn more about housing options in the Foggy Bottom area.

What to do before you apply:

Read the Graduate Housing License Agreement!

Students should familiarize themselves with the Graduate Housing License Agreement, 2009-2010.Students will be able to view/print a PDF of the Housing License Agreement from the Living web site at: http://living.gwu.edu/forms/housing.

By submitting a housing license agreement, you agree to the terms and conditions in the Graduate Housing License Agreement. This is your binding lease for the academic year. Please familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions as you might have questions.  Please do not submit an application unless you have received a written offer from GW Housing Programs.

Check your student account!

You should be in good financial standing before applying for housing. Please work to clear any outstanding balance on your student account. Students must also have a clean judicial history with the university and be in good academic standing.
