Graduate Housing Application

Prospective columbia plaza Residents

Students interested in participating in the Columbia Plaza Housing Program for the 2008-2009 Academic Year are invited to submit their request via the Columbia Plaza Housing Program Interest Form. Students will be contacted via email with offers on a rolling basis beginning May 1, 2008.

Prospective HOVA residents

New and current GW students interested in residing in the Hall on Virginia Avenue for the upcoming 2008-2009 academic year were asked to submit an interest via an online form.  Offers began on a rolling basis on May 1, 2008.  Due to overwhelming demand, GW Housing Programs is no longer accepting interests for the Hall on Virginia Avenue.  Furthermore, GW Housing Programs does not anticpate extending additional offers based on the building being fully assigned.

Current HOVA Residents

Due to the demand for on-campus housing, residents who did not complete the application by April 11, 2008 will forfeit their priority status and will be considered on a space available basis.  Current residents will need to complete and return the following two documents: Graduate Housing License Agreement, 2008-2009 and the HOVA Graduate Housing Summer Interest Form 2008.   View the notice sent to all residential grad students.

Students should familiarize themselves with the Graduate Housing License Agreement, 2008-2009.Students will be able to view/print a PDF of the Housing License Agreement from the Living web site at: http://living.gwu.edu/forms/housing.

By completing an application, you agree to the terms and conditions in the Graduate Housing License Agreement. This is your binding lease for the academic year. Please familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions as you might have questions.

Check your student account!

You should be in good financial standing before applying for housing. Please work to clear any outstanding balance on your student account. Students must also have a clean judicial history with the university and be in good academic standing.
