Fall Only Leasing

GW Housing Programs will offer a limited amount of Fall Semester Only housing leases for the Fall 2009 semester. Students who are studying abroad in the Spring of 2010, graduating at the end of the fall term, or simply wish to reside on campus for the fall semester only, may apply for a Fall Semester Only lease. This application option is available to Rising Third- and Fourth-Year Students only.

Fall Semester Only Applications can be completed via the GW Housing Programs Student Web between February 9 – 13, 2009.

Students who apply for a Fall Semester Only lease may not also apply for an academic year lease. If you wish to cancel your Fall Semester Only application to be considered in the academic year pool, please contact our office before March 6, 2009.

Students may preference by building ONLY.  Fall Semester Only applications can select between City Hall and New Hall.

Students may preference roommate(s) by using RMS IDs on their online application. All roommate(s) requests must be completely mutual to be considered. Roommate(s) should also apply using the same Fall Semester Only application period. (For example: a student applying for a Fall Semester Only lease may not live with a student applying for an academic year lease).

Students applying for a Fall Semester Only lease will be notified via e-mail of their room assignment on the iHousing assignment release date, March 31, 2009. Information can also be viewed by logging onto the GW Housing Programs Student Web.

Students who wish to cancel their assignment may do so within our published deadlines.
