ISS Student Technology Services (STS) provides technology support for undergraduate, graduate and distance learning students. STS service offerings include technical hotline support*, in-room technician appointments for ResNet connection and jack diagnosis, and walk-in hardware/software support.

*Please note: It is important to have access to your computer when calling for ResNet technical support. Technicians are available for residence hall room appointments when needed.
