Room & Mailbox Keys

Residents are issued keys to assigned housing and mailboxes and are responsible for returning these keys at departure. Residents should review the University’s key policies and procedures and be aware of costs to residents when keys are lost or not returned.

The University Key Depots serve as the central service center for any issues or questions related to room or suite entry and mailbox keys. You must present your valid GWorld for any transactions involving keys.

Locations:

The Foggy Bottom campus is served by the New Hall Depot
The Mount Vernon campus is served by the Somers Hall Depot.

Hours of Operation:

8:30am-11pm, 7 days a week.

Between the hours of 11pm and 8:30am, residents should call the RPM Call Center at (202) 994-0381 to receive service.
