Stolen Keys and Keycards

In the event that a key has been stolen the resident must:

• Report the theft to University Police by calling (202) 994-6111 and obtain a UPD report.
• Call the RPM Call Center or visit the Key Depot and request that the room lock be changed as soon as possible. The cost of a lock change is waived if a UPD report is provided.
