GW Housing, GW Facilities Services, and the Center for Student Engagement support and encourage a more paperless process for checking-in and checking-out of your residence hall room.
At the beginning of the fall and spring terms, students must log-into GW Housing e-Services to complete self check-in and provide up-to-date emergency contact information. It is important that students complete the self check-in process prior to arriving on campus as GWorld card building and/or suite access will not be activated until check-in has been completed.
