Spring Semester Housing Credit

A housing credit starting March 20 through the end of the semester will be placed on your student account. For students who stayed on campus after March 20, the refund is prorated based on your last tap into your space. 

When the credit is placed on your student account, a refund request can be made to Student Accounts or the credit may remain on the account and be applied towards your housing for a future semester.

Please note that this process is occurring in phases with the first round of refunds being processed on Friday, March 27. Your friends and roommates may not receive their credit at the same time. We encourage these individuals to be patient as each account is addressed.

Extraordinary Financial Hardship

Students may request emergency assistance by completing the Ronald W. Howard Student Assistance Fund or by contacting [email protected] and our Student Support staff will work with you to address your needs.
