Tech Commons provides technology support for undergraduate, graduate and distance learning students. Tech Commons is available by appointment only in the Academic Center, room B154.  Service offerings include:

  • technical hotline support*
  • in-room technician appointments for ResNet connection and jack diagnosis
  • walk-in hardware/software support

*Please note: It is important to have access to your computer when calling for technical support. Technicians are available for residence hall room appointments when needed.
