Important Upcoming Dates

fall 2022 closing:

Residence halls close on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at 5pm.

Note: Only students approved for Fall Extended Stay Housing or Winter Break Housing will maintain access to the residence halls after this date.

Spring 2023 opening:

New GW Student Arrival

For new students to GW (either newly enrolled or transferring to GW), residence halls will open for move-in on Thursday, January 12, 2023.

Returning Students

Students returning to the halls who lived on campus for Fall 2022 can begin to return on Saturday, January 14, 2023.
