GW Housing will provide one moving cart to any student that has been approved for a room change or room swap.
Cart Check-Out Procedure:
- Visit Amsterdam Hall or the Somers Hall Key Depot on Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM
- Submit a photo ID to a staff member, which will be securely held until the cart is returned
- A cart will be issued to the student for the weekend
- Return the cart to Amsterdam Hall or the Sommers Hall Key Depot on Monday between 12 PM and 4 PM
The student will be emailed a confirmation when they have checked out a cart and a confirmation when they have returned the cart.
If the cart is not returned, the student will be billed $150.00 for the cost of replacing the cart.
A professional staff member from a GW Department may request a cart by emailing GW Housing at firstname.lastname@example.org at least five business days before the cart is needed.
