GW Housing, GW Facilities Services, and the Center for Student Engagement support and encourage a paperless process for checking-in to your residence hall room.
At the beginning of the fall and spring terms, students must log-into GW Housing e-Services to complete self check-in and provide up-to-date emergency contact and missing person contact information. It is important that students complete the self check-in process a minimum of 72 hours prior to arriving on campus as GWorld card building and/or suite access will not be activated until check-in has been completed.
Self check-in will open on Monday, August 1, 2016 at 10am Eastern time for the 2016 Fall semester.
After you have reviewed the instructions below, please log-into GW Housing e-Services to complete the Self Check-In process. Note: to complete the check-in process, you must turn off your pop-up blockers.
Once you have completed the check-in process, your "Check-In Registration Card" will be emailed to you. You DO NOT need to print this card out. You must show that email to staff at your check-in hub when you move-in in order to receive your key(s). Please note: students who will be living in buildings that have room tap access and do not need a key DO NOT need to visit a hub site in order to move-in as they do not need to pick up keys. Buildings with room tap access include 2109 F Street, 1959 E Street, JBKO Hall, Munson Hall, Lafayette Hall, and Mark Shenkman Hall.
