Fraternity and Sorority Housing
There are several fraternities and sororities that have townhouses within the George Washington University campus. Between eight and 30 students live in each chapter house. Chapter listings are subject to change annually.

Fraternity & Sorority Housing Options
- Townhouse Row
Located on a full city block on 23rd Street between F and G Streets is Townhouse Row, which opened in the Fall of 2003, consists of 8 houses designed specifically for Greek organizations. Each townhouse features a finished basement, large living and dining areas, a full kitchen, and sleeps between 24-30 members.
Each townhouse has five floors with bedrooms located on the second, third, and fourth floors. The kitchen, living, and dining rooms are on the ground floor, and the basement holds the meeting/recreation, laundry, and storage rooms.

- Strong Hall
Strong Hall is currently home to one sorority with a maximum occupancy of 116 women in this female-only living option. Strong is located in the center of campus close to several academic buildings, the Quad, and many other residential houses. Women have their choice of residing in two types of rooms: singles (with community bathrooms) or adjoining doubles with a shared bathroom. The Strong Hall rooftop deck provides residents with beautiful views of the city as well as a great place to study. Strong Hall was renovated in 2015 with updates to the common areas and flooring as well as a new elevator. The building received a new sprinkler system and the interior was painted.
